Deputy Director Appointed at the Institute for Maritime and Space Law Artem Pedan

On May 19, 2025, the Director of the Private Institution “Research Institute for Maritime and Space Law,” Professor Andrii Ivanyshchuk, signed an order appointing Artem Pedan as Deputy Director of the Institute.

In accordance with the Statute, the Director has the authority to appoint deputy directors to ensure the effective functioning and development of the institution. The newly appointed Deputy Director will be actively involved in the implementation of scientific programs, international projects, as well as in strategic planning and organizational development processes.

Artem Ihorovych Pedan holds a PhD in Law and serves as a Research Fellow at the Institute. He is an expert in administrative law and public administration, with a proven track record of participation in inter-agency research and academic conferences.

The Institute’s team warmly congratulates Artem Ihorovych on his appointment and wishes him success in advancing the Institute’s mission—to promote the development of maritime and space law in Ukraine and internationally.
