
On April 25, 2025, the General Meeting of the staff of the Private Institution “Scientific Institute of Maritime and Space Law” was held, during which an important personnel decision was made: Andrii A. Ivanyshchuk was re-elected as the Director of the Institute for a new term. His candidacy received unanimous support, reflecting recognition of his professional achievements and significant contribution to the development of our institution.
The new term of office for the Director is five years, during which the Institute will continue its progress in advancing scientific research, enhancing the quality of research activities, and strengthening international cooperation.
On April 26, 2025, the decision of the General Meeting was officially approved by the Supervisory Board of the Institute. The members of the Supervisory Board unanimously endorsed the re-election of Andrii Anatoliiovych Ivanyshchuk, expressing their confidence in the continued dynamic development of the Institute under his leadership.
Additionally, during the same meeting, the Supervisory Board determined the numerical composition of the Academic Council of the Institute — 11 members. The Board also approved candidates from among external specialists, whose scientific reputation and professional experience will strengthen the work of the Academic Council.
These decisions reflect the Institute’s consistent policy aimed at maintaining high standards of scientific activity and building a strong team to achieve strategic objectives in the coming years.
