2016–2021 – Chief Specialist at the Svyatoshyn District Court of Kyiv.

Since 2022 – Scientific Associate at the Research Institute.

Research Interests and Publications:

Artem’s primary research focuses are administrative law, the judicial system, and legal regulation in the context of martial law.

He is the author of several scientific publications, including:

• “Kinetic Orbital Single-Stage Rocket”
• “Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure in Ukraine under Martial Law”

Artem is actively engaged in research, contributing to the development of legal mechanisms for improving public administration, law enforcement, and judicial processes.
