Education and Academic Activity
Graduated from Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, obtaining a full higher legal education and the qualification of Lawyer.
Author of a PhD dissertation entitled
“Public Administration of the Institute of Military Chaplaincy in Ukraine”, which develops a comprehensive theoretical and practical approach to the administrative and legal regulation of military chaplaincy, taking into account both national specifics and international experience.
Professional Legal Experience
- 2013–2019 — professional activity within the structural divisions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
- Since 2019 — professional practice in the field of enforcement of court decisions, with a focus on the application of administrative and enforcement law.
