PhD in Law, awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine on the basis of the decision of the Specialized Academic Council of the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Academic Title:
In 2011, awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activities.

Professional Background:
Served in the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine from 1991 to 2011, retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel of Militia.

“Administrative and Legal Activity of Public Authorities in Combating Poaching.”
