The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has implemented the results of the dissertation research conducted by Serhii Mykhailovych Basiuk entitled “Public Administration of Dental Practice in Ukraine”.

Within the framework of the Institute’s scientific activities, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation have been implemented. These results concern the conceptualisation of public administration of dental practice as a component of the public health governance system, the improvement of administrative and legal mechanisms of state regulation of medical professional activity, the systematisation of the powers of public administration bodies in the organisation and control of dental practice, as well as the development of regulatory support for dental activities with due regard to European standards and modern governance models.

The results of the research are used by the Institute in conducting scientific studies, preparing scholarly publications, analytical materials and expert opinions, and in the development of interdisciplinary research areas related to administrative law, medical law, and public administration.

The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to enhancing the scientific level of the Institute’s research activities, expanding its analytical capacity, and strengthening the practical orientation of expert work in the field of public administration of socially significant sectors.
