The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has adopted a decision to implement the results of the dissertation research conducted by Volodymyr Lozko on the topic “Legal Status of the Contractor in Construction in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.
Within the framework of this implementation act, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation are applied in the Institute’s research activities aimed at improving legal regulation mechanisms in the construction sector. The research materials are used to enhance approaches to public administration in construction, to develop the concept of a comprehensive legal status of the contractor, and to harmonize national regulatory and technical standards with European requirements.
The results of the dissertation research are also utilized in interdisciplinary studies of the Institute related to the integration of digital contractor registers, the legal application of BIM technologies as instruments for documenting obligations, and ensuring transparency and legal certainty in construction processes.
The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to strengthening the Institute’s scientific potential and to the development of modern legal and administrative approaches to regulating construction activities in Ukraine.
