The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has adopted a decision to implement the results of the dissertation research conducted by Roksolana Ruslanivna Kalyn on the topic “Legal Regulation of the Protection of Performers’ Rights to the Results of Creative Activity in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.

Within the framework of the implementation act, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation are applied in the Institute’s research activities in the fields of intellectual property law, related rights of performers, cultural policy, and public administration of relevant legal relations. The research materials are used to analyze the activities of collective management organizations, to study the exercise of performers’ rights in the digital environment, and to prepare scientific and methodological recommendations as well as expert opinions of the Institute.

The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to enhancing the scientific level of the Institute’s research and to the development of interdisciplinary approaches in the fields of intellectual property law and state cultural policy.
