The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has adopted a decision to implement the results of the dissertation research conducted by Illia Hryhorovych Burla on the topic “Public Administration of Housing Construction in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.

Within the framework of this implementation act, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation are applied in the Institute’s research in the fields of administrative law, public administration, and legal regulation of infrastructure sectors. The research materials are used to analyze the regulatory framework of public administration in construction, to study the digitalization of permitting procedures in housing development, and to elaborate approaches to improving the efficiency of public authorities in infrastructure governance.

The results of the dissertation are also utilized in interdisciplinary research projects focused on post-war reconstruction, legal support of infrastructure development, transparency of public administration, and harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with European standards of good governance.

The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to strengthening the Institute’s analytical capacity and to the development of modern administrative and legal approaches to the regulation of housing construction and infrastructure recovery in Ukraine.
