The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has adopted a decision to implement the results of the dissertation research conducted by Vasyl Vasylovych Chudnov on the topic “Public Administration of the Natural Gas Market in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.

Within the framework of this implementation act, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation are applied in the Institute’s research in the field of public administration of critical infrastructure. The research materials are used in analytical studies focused on the comparative analysis of state control procedures in the energy, maritime, and space sectors.

The results of the dissertation research are also utilized in the development of recommendations aimed at the unification of safety standards and administrative supervision in the natural gas sector and satellite communications, as well as in the Institute’s participation in grant programs related to the integration of public administration mechanisms in strategically important resource sectors.

The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to strengthening the Institute’s interdisciplinary research capacity and to the development of cross-sectoral approaches to the public administration of strategic infrastructure.
