The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has adopted a decision to implement the results of the dissertation research conducted by Bohdana Mykolaivna Balan on the topic “Public Administration of the Use of the English Language in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.

Within the framework of this implementation act, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation are applied in the Institute’s research aimed at developing the principles and instruments of public administration of the use of the English language. The research materials are utilized within interdisciplinary scientific areas of the Institute, in particular in the legal and organizational support of the use of the English language in the maritime and space sectors of Ukraine.

The results of the dissertation research are also used in the development of scientific and methodological approaches, preparation of analytical materials, and advancement of educational and research initiatives of the Institute related to public administration of language policy in specialized sectors.

The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to enhancing the scientific level of the Institute’s research and expanding its expert capacity in the fields of public administration and language policy.
