The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law has adopted a decision to implement the results of the dissertation research conducted by Vitalii Vitaliiovych Plavshuda on the topic “Public Administration of Infrastructure in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.

Within the framework of this implementation act, the theoretical provisions, scientific conclusions, and analytical findings of the dissertation are applied in the Institute’s research focused on the analysis of public administration of infrastructure in Ukraine. The research materials are used to examine the transformation of administrative and legal approaches to the governance of strategic sectors, including maritime, transport, digital, and defense infrastructure.

The results of the dissertation research are integrated into the Institute’s scientific projects, taken into account in the preparation of collective monographs, scientific articles, and expert opinions, and used in the development of new research directions.

The implementation of the dissertation results contributes to enhancing the scientific level of the Institute’s research and to the development of cross-sectoral approaches to public administration of infrastructure as a key component of national security and sustainable development.
