Modern legal scholarship is increasingly focused not only on the theoretical understanding of legal phenomena but also on developing solutions that can be effectively applied in practice. The Scientific Institute of Maritime and Space Law has incorporated into its research activities the findings of the dissertation research conducted by Serhii Mykhailovych Basiuk on the topic “Public Administration of Dental Practice in Ukraine”, completed within specialty 12.00.07 — Administrative Law and Procedure; Financial Law; Information Law.
The subject of the research is particularly significant in the context of the ongoing transformation of the healthcare system, the development of medical law, and the need to improve mechanisms of state regulation of professional medical practice. In this context, dental practice is considered not merely as a separate field of healthcare services but as an important component of the public administration system requiring appropriate administrative and legal regulation.
