The Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law continues its practice of integrating modern dissertation research results into its analytical and expert work. An official act confirms the implementation of Vasyl Chudnov’s dissertation entitled “Public Administration of the Natural Gas Market in Ukraine” into the Institute’s scientific activities.
The Commission of the Institute emphasized the high theoretical quality and practical significance of the dissertation for advancing research in the field of public administration of critical infrastructures.
Certain provisions of the study have already been applied in:
- the Institute’s analytical developments involving a comparative analysis of state control procedures in the energy, maritime, and space sectors;
- the preparation of recommendations for unifying safety and administrative oversight standards in the fields of natural gas and satellite communications;
- grant initiatives related to the integration of public administration in the strategic resources sector.
According to the Deputy Director of the Institute, PhD in Law Artem Pedan, the implementation of high-level research outcomes strengthens the Institute’s interdisciplinary approach and demonstrates an effective synergy between academic science and public administration practice.
The Institute expresses its gratitude to Vasyl Chudnov for his valuable contribution to the development of theory and practice in public administration within the energy sector and invites other researchers to cooperate in the field of strategic infrastructure governance.
