On 17 December 2025, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law was held. The meeting became an important event in the scientific life of the Institute and another step toward the development of modern administrative law doctrine.
Following consideration of the agenda items, the Academic Council adopted a decision to recommend for publication the following study guides in the field of administrative law:

During the discussion, the Academic Council paid special attention to the scholarly contribution of Professor Valentyn Vasylovych Halunko, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Co-Founder of the Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law, as well as Professor Andrii Ivanyshchuk, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Co-Founder and Director of the Institute. Their academic work and editorial leadership ensured a high theoretical standard and strong practical orientation of the publications.
The adopted decisions confirmed the high scientific quality of the submitted materials and their compliance with contemporary requirements of legal science and education. The study guides recommended for publication will make a significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian administrative law scholarship and the methodological support of higher education institutions.
