The Academy of Administrative Law Sciences has honored the scientific achievements of researchers of the Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law, thereby affirming the high level of integration of the Institute’s academic research into practical and applied dimensions of contemporary legal science.

An honorary distinction named after Corresponding Member of the Academy of Administrative Law Sciences Kyrylo Dramarenko was awarded to Serhii Rozsokha, Senior Research Fellow of the Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law. The distinction was granted for successful implementation of scientific research into practical activities, which represents one of the core priorities of the Institute and fully aligns with its strategic mission — combining academic research, law enforcement practice, and managerial decision-making.
Special recognition was also bestowed upon Mykhailo Odukha, Research Fellow of the Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law, who received the honorary distinction named after Academician Serhii Didenko. The award was presented for outstanding scientific achievements in the field of police science. Notably, Mykhailo Odukha became the first recipient of this distinction, underscoring its particular significance and academic value.
The conferral of these honorary distinctions constitutes not only personal recognition of the researchers’ professional excellence but also a confirmation of the systematic and consistent work of the Scientific Research Institute of Maritime and Space Law as a research institution that actively shapes modern doctrinal approaches in the fields of administrative, maritime, security, and public law.
The Institute continues to develop a results-oriented scientific school focused on practical relevance, applied impact, and meaningful contribution to public policy formation, legal implementation, and international legal practice. The distinctions awarded by the Academy serve as an important indicator of this strategic trajectory and a strong incentive for further development of the Institute’s scientific potential.
